These help me to sleep while they get on with detoxing. They really do work. The only small problem is that they are quite difficult to get on.

I wanted to try this product as I do not sleep well. The pack contains enough pads and adhesive plasters for fifteen applications. There is no instruction as to which way the pad should be placed however there is a smooth surface and a slightly coarser surface on the opposite side so I place the smooth side onto the adhesive surface so that the coarser side has contact with the skin. Adhesion is very good but is also easy to remove. The product recommends using at night however I was very conscious of it and it made my feet feel irritatingly hot so I prefer to wear it during the day - couldn’t see any reason why not. When the plaster is removed the pad is dark and there is a slightly oily, sticky residue on the skin which wipes away with warm water. Pads are disposed off in the bin. Results? Well, after five applications, I do find I am having more restful sleeps and quite unexpectedly I feel better than I have in months; I feel more calm, cheerful and optimistic and this morning I actually caught myself singing in the shower! Haven’t done that in years! Product seems well made and is easy to use and store, also, since I have experienced a positive result, seems good value for money too.

Used these several times, I feel great in the morning, sleep well too. Helps my legs. Stick well to the feet I wear a shock to keep firm. No smell and will use again as I’m on a lot of meds and helps with toxins

Product only arrived today so will try out tonight. I’ll reserve judgement on whether they help, but as I’ve received this request for feedback so soon ….. I’m a bit perplexed as says 30 piece so received 15 squares with product in and 15 patches to cover? I guess on the final usage I either cut one in half or just apply to one foot?

These foot patches didn't work for me & badly irritated my feet & hands. The foot patches came in a plain black packet with no photos or instructions but were in lots of little cellophane packets - so masses of waste packing. The patches came off my feet during the night and the 'glue' on the sticky stuff gave the skin on my feet & hands a painful allergic reaction. I so wanted these to work but sadly they were a waste of money.

I have just had them on for the 3rd night and they are black in the morning, so still removing toxins I assume. After the first I felt a little improvement in movement and general health of legs of a man aged 66. After 3 night s there is significant change I’m pleased to say. I will keep this up, but whether it works for everyone to such a change I cant say. However, for such little cost, it’s worth doing it, but make sure you do it every night so to get full affect.

Minimal packaging and instructions. Have bought similar products from other companies which have worked better. These are cheap and not the best. They didn’t help with sleep or pain relief however similar products have so will go back to previous product which was slightly more expensive.

Seems to work. Usually both feet are full of black gunge on the pads, which I take to be toxins coming out of the body through the skin.Sometimes the left foot doesn't have so much but the right foot is always full of gunge. It is never the other way around which makes me tend to think that they really do work and it's not just a chemical reaction as the critics like to make out.
