Buy this while on sale!!!
Used it for a few weeks now and rope is still attached securely (although our dog isn’t a strong tugger). The ball is made from sturdy rubber but soft enough for the dog to have a good grip and it bounces very nicely. Our dog is notorious for losing balls in fields when distracted - His favourite ball with a rope was from Beco and those are quite expensive to constantly replace. I paid £1.80 for one of the Trixie ball so ended up ordering three and that‘s still cheaper than one from Beco.If these balls actually float (not tested yet), they’re an absolute must have for anyone who uses them for training outside - especially for the sale price.

Not a tug toy
Our pooch is obsessed with these balls!! They are sturdy enough for playing catch but if you dog is an aggressive chewer it would be best to remove this when not playing. Its not a tug toy through as the ball and rope will separate but it is perfect for throwing.

Ball is great, rope lasted less than 5 minutes.
Ball was not the colour shown in the ad. Cord lasted about 5 min. before Max, my 5 yr. old Bull Lurcher sliced thru the rope at the ball. I fished out the bit inside so he wouldn't swallow it. & tossed away the remaining rope. So far, the ball has resisted his chewing without damage & he loves it. He shreds tennis balls in a few days, so I'll see how long this more solid one lasts...

Bally and Ropey
You can really sling this a long way. Lots of fun to pretend to chuck it one way and wait for the pooch to go thundering off in the wrong direction... and then lob it the other way. Surprising how many times they'll fall for it.

Pupper loved it
Got this for my 5 month old Boston Terrier - he absolutely loved this toy, but unfortunately he destroyed it very quickly. Can’t grumble for the price I paid, and pupper loved it, just wish it was a bit more robust

Disappointed
While the ball part of this toy looks strong and robust the rope part is not , I have a dachshund 2 years old she did this to it in under 15 mins , I will end up just cutting the rope off for her to use the ball but the rope part needs throwing away as all the bits were coming off and getting stuck in her teeth ect , would not buy again ,very disappointed.
