Decent hydraulic oil...but
It's just plain ole hydraulic oil...although it didn't come with the pour spout that was pictured in the listing. That's a big deal to me. I hate when marketers are deceptive in their advertisements.

Good stuff, though I don't really have a reference point.
This works well in my floor jack. It's the only hydraulic fluid I have used so I really can't tell you how it performs versus another brand but I can tell you this works perfect in my 2.5 ton floor jack. Jack hold strong since replacing the existing fluid and bleeding profusely.

Used this to fill 3 30 ton hydraulic jacks that arrived with little to no oil in them.Worked for that.

Jack oil
It was just what I wanted and needed. It revived my old floor jack. I used a oral syringe to get the oil in the jack. Lost about one drop using the syringe. That would be the perfect thing to sell together.
