Big hit with the guys I got them for!
Got one for my son in law for his birthday and he loved it! Perfect for on his dad’s boat and mowing!My 22 yr old grandson works as a pool maintenance guy in summer-to pay for college. He wanted one too, so I ordered one for him too.Great idea and good buy for how well it works!

so glad it's back
I got my Dad one of these Frog Toggs Chilly Pro Hat ages ago. He's in his 80s now and super active, works hard outside every day in the Texas heat all summer. He LOVED that hat. He wore it every single day. He would wet it down to keep him cool in the summer heat. It held up really well for years. But he finally wore it completely out. I have looked for it every summer since to get him a new one, but never did find one. It seems that Frog Toggs stopped making them for a while. So I was SUPER excited that my search finally turned up this hat! I am so happy to find this hat again and at such a good value. He's getting it for Christmas. He will be SO excited!

It’s ok
If it’s suppose to keep your head cool after soaking it in cool water it only does it for few minutes. I would expect at least for a hour and half. But I soaked it in cold water and kept my head cool for only about 10 minutes if not less than that. Not worth getting.

It’s a hat.
The hat is a light material, comfortable on the head, looks good and well made.The advertised cooling effect using water only lasts for 1-3 minutes Outdoors in the heat. Any cheap hat watered down lasts the same.As for cost, there’s cheaper head cooling alternative's that are better.The fact the listing description is deceptive on purpose I can only rate it 3 stars.
