I am very pleased.

Just replaced my defective chair controller a several days ago; perhaps two weeks thereabouts. So far works splendidly. Need to get used to operations operating that did not before! Suggest buyer ensure they have a 5-pin receptacle (may need a flashlight to see, as mine was tucked deep inside the right pocket of the chair). Also HIGHLY recommend purchase be made as Amazon Prime member with Free Returns. Just in case.

This control saved my lift chair. The original control stopped working,requiring manual assistance out of chair (local volunteer fire department…thank you to them) My chair is older and this worked just fine

It didn't work for me. 5 prong plug matched my chair exactly but the controls did not light up or control the chairs movement. I ended up breaking open my old remote control and reconnecting the wiring jack inside the remote control which did work.

The remote plug fit perfect and all was great except the labeling on how the buttons controlled was wrong for my chair. Since I learn the location and don't pay attention to labels on buttons it is fine but don't expect it to work exactly like the labels show. It may not but everything works great.

Last time I had a problem my chair was under warrantee and it took 2 months to get a tech to come fix it. He installed the new control and (if I had to pay) would have been $300. Watching him “repair”, I had no idea it was plug & play and any remote the the right pin connector would work. Duh. This works FANTASTIC and is only a few $.
