Q: I just installed this fan. Very easy to install but it is pretty loud. Is there any fix for the noise?

Mine didn't make much noise. Just a regular fan humming.

Don't know cfm rating. It circulates enough air for a 30 egg incubator.

Q: Will this replace little giant 7200, in a 9200 incubator? I dont want to bust new holes in the top, looking for a seamless replacment.

Yes, My Little Giant 9200 was bought at TSC 20 years ago, this is the exact unit to upgrade to a forced air system... the holes in my incubator were pre-drilled and matched up fine. You will need to splice it into the two power wires, do not worry about the polarity... this unit is well made and very quiet.
