Been using this AC for about 3 months now. Good cooling power, very nice smart features, and really a power saver. I found a comment saying that we cannot turn off the AC display and it might disturb your sleep. However, you can actually switch off the display with the smart app. However, this setting will revert back to default after you switch off the AC (meaning, you will have to switch off the display every time you turn ON the AC).Highly recommended if you are looking for a smart AC that does a decent job while saving money on electricity.

I brought this Panasonic 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan for air conditioners is a solid choice if you're looking for added protection for your unit. It’s affordable, easy to manage, and provides good coverage for unexpected repairs.

Not recommended at all because no one from Amazon or the seller will help you regarding this.If you buying then you have to talk to Panasonic customer care to apply the warranty on your product.And from my experience, I can say that it's difficult to get help regarding a warranty from Panasonic.Make sure Amazon or the seller will not refund the money for the warranty until your main product is return.

Though it took 2-3 weeks, the warranty and extended warranty appeared automatically against Panasonic's Morale App. Peace of mind that this is official extended warranty

The product sent by Amazon is not matching with invoice. Same thing with extended warranty. Amazon as well as Panasonic doesnt bother about it, despite of several complaints.
