Neon Liquid Eyeliner Pen, Waterproof Smudge-proof Pigmented Eye Liner, Glow Brightly Under UV Lights, Colorful Eye Makeup For Rave Party Music Festival, Neon Green

I tested this eyeliner on my hand first before using it for an event this coming weekend to be sure it passed all the tests.First off, I was a little confused because as you can see, I did the line first and it came out a little purple? But after drawing the heart, the butterfly came out the correct color.It dries very fast, which can be both good and bad depending on what you’re trying to do. It isn’t extremely bright color wise but I also didn’t try the UV light on it.After it dried I used my hand and tried to smudge the crap out of it (which is why my hand is red), then put my hand under water. It didn’t seem to move much, but after I went to smudge it after the water it definitely moved and started coming off a bit. It didn’t come off too bad though and I imagine no one will be actually trying to smudge it off that hard while wearing it on their face.Overall it’s a really good eyeliner! I was surprised at how well it stayed on, it should last for my makeup but I will update if it doesn’t for some reason!

The color is a perfect bright hot pink and it lasts all day! My daughter does competitions for Winter Guard and it stays on at least 8 hours! It also is easy to remove with a makeup wipe and doesn't stain your skin.

Amazing product; lasts over 24 hours in extreme weather.

The colors are bright and very pigmented and seem to last well without smudging- however I was disappointed by the fuschia purple color because it looks like more of a hot pink than a purple. It is a different tone of pink than the pink eyeliner, but it still leans more pink than purple in my opinion.

Wore this at the Charli XCX concert and it was perfect!

This was fun to apply. It’s like a highlighter marker that you can use as makeup. The only drawback is it chips.

So I liked how pigmented this eyeliner is. I'm sure it's no easy feat creating a neon green color eyeliner AND making sure it's not sheer but this pen seems to accomplish that very, very well.Now with that being said, I used it over a black/dark green eyeshadow below the lower waterline and while one line was more than enough, going over it again definitely made it pop. The felt tip is dirty which is my fault but once I clean it off I feel like it will work again without issue. As for longevity, well, I'm not too nitpicky about that but I can say that it lost some of it's vibrancy after approximately 4-5 hours - personally I'm not saying that's bad but it might be something to be aware of.I also have the electric blue color which I'm looking forward to using, so I guess what I'm trying to say is I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a neon green liquid eyeliner!
