These DO PROVIDE RELIEF but they don't stay in place well on a hip. You would think they would by the way they stick to everything else lol. I did repurchase because you can't beat the price.

Bought these for my mother who has spinal stenosis, she was very pleased with the quality, she said there was no odor and stuck very well in place the whole time she wore them. Already bought a second box for her and will buy more until she has her surgery.

Medication does the work. It lasts through a night’s sleep. Application leaves something to be desired.Clumps of adhesive remain after removal, requiring excessive scrubbing or adhesive remover wipe. Neither of those is a happy additive for spots already hurting.Application could be better too. There’s no split in the film allowing partial (and precise) application. Sometimes necessitates removal and reapplication. Sometimes means unsticking the patch from itself.I have used four so far, and each has been harder to put on and clean up than other brands I have used.All in all, it’s a tradeoff between bulk + price vs. ease of use.I’m heading back to the store for another brand, but I will hang onto these for backup.

Strained some muscles and first time trying these. What a remarkable difference! Sure helped me get to sleep!
