It's a little sweet, but smoothly slides down and almost forces you to believe it's doing good.My hair is already very thick - so nothing to say about any improvement.My skin...this is tricky. I have been taking collagen capsules off and on for years and only notice the difference when I stop taking them. If I do the squinty-eyed thing, perhaps I do notice a minimal improvement in my skin (I switched straight from the capsules to this product, so the syrup could have boosted their effects).As for my nails...they have gone mad! They have grown and strengthened and in doing so, provide some evidence that this product is effective.In summary - this is an easy-to-take (and pleasant taking) product which has shown signs of promise after two weeks. If the price point is within your reach, I would suggest scooping up a few months supply of bottles to realise its full benefits.

The taste reminds me of a famous kids' liquid medicine for headaches, which might not appeal to everyone, I love it. I appreciate the blend of active ingredients, including Retinol, Vitamin B5, C, E, Pine Bark Extract, Bilberry Extract, and Flaxseed Oil.While the supplement does offer a unique combination, the hefty price tag of £24.99 for a 14-day supply left me questioning its value. Considering the ingredients, I expected a more budget-friendly option. Despite this, I did notice some improvements in my skin texture, which suggests the supplement might be effective over the long term. Currently, it's at a -50% discount (£12.49) which is much closer to what I would happily pay for this in the future.In summary, the Known Nutrition Advanced Collagen Supplement offers a powerful blend for overall health, but the high cost might deter budget-conscious buyers. This is the second product i have tried from the "known" brand and although pricey the quality of their supplements are extremely good.I enjoy taking this in the morning as soon as i get up (i call it my medicine). The taste actually reminds me of calpol but a bit more fruity. The bottle contains a two week supply, in daily teaspoon doses, however as me and my partner are both taking it, the supply will only last us a week.I am using this mainly for the collagen within the supplement, so the added vitamins and formula in this product is an added bonus for me. I am happy with the strength of the collegen within this product also as it contains 5000mg which is a lot compared to other supplements which contain around 1200mg (roughly around 3 tablets), so with this strength i would expect to see some long term health benefits, especially with my skin and energy levels.I would certainly use this product again in the future due to how easy it is to take and i feel that the liquid absorbs quicker than tablet form.

Too early to comment on its effectiveness, but the taste is awful. It is a very thick consistency, so difficult to swallow (thicker than e.g. cough syrup). I’m going to try watering it down a bit to see if that makes it more pleasant to take. Even having a coffee straight after and then cleaning teeth doesn’t mask the after-taste. I have bought two bottles and will persevere, but I’ll need to see significant benefits to convince me to reorder. Good packaging and excellent delivery speed.

This is quite a bit more expensive than similarly packaged liquid collagen supplements I have tried previously, which have tended to come in at around the £1.00 per day mark.This supplement contains marine collagen rather than that sourced from other four-legged animals.Animal sourced collagen can sometimes cause digestive system issues for certain people, so this may be an additional positive factor to consider.Overall, this is a good quality product, but not necessarily the best value option.I hope you find these comments helpful.
