Recovery at its finest
Very few protein powders can claim to be 100% pure whey - especially from the bigger brands. Science in sport delivers pure whey protein concentrate in a great tasting flavour at an amazing price - what's left to say - grab yourself a tub :)

Had better.
I currently use Whey To Go or Maxinutrition promax lean and my boyfriend uses Maxinutrition cyclone all of which are at least £10 more expensive than SiS so we were keen to try this. There's around 20g of protein and plenty of ingredients for building muscle but nothing more than any of the ones we're already using. Unfortunately the taste is lacking. I've had worse and it is drinkable but it could be better.

Not as tasty as other brands
Personally I don't like the taste of this protein powder. It is an extremely weak angel delight flavour which actually tastes more like water, not pleasant. It doesn't seem to contain any magical ingredient than I don't already get in my existing shakes. Plus my existing shakes are a LOT tastier and are a hell of lot cheaper than this is.This shake is not for me. If you want something which actually tastes nice and works just the same, have a look at the Phd protein powders, they're actually worth the money you pay for them.

Strawberry Whey Protein - great for my gym routine
Strawberry Whey protein - it tastes good, not too sweet, and blends in fine in a blender. I take some to work with me and just add bottled water and shake it up, or milk if I'm feeling hungry and use as a snack. I take it after workouts and I'm building up pretty well - so it's doing what I need it to do.
