Taste Great!
So far this works great. I noticed an increase in my energy level as well as my mood. Lately, I have had many mood swings and I'm somewhat past menopause so it could be just life issues, but this does seem to help and the taste makes it easy to take 3 x's a day. I hope this helps some one.I have an herb antibiotic book and there's about 8 pages just dedicated to this herb. Relax & wind down
I started using this supplement a few months ago. I add it to a mocktail in the evenings. Helps me wind down & relax before bedtime. Recommend 8:10

Focus without jitters!

No way to measure a precise dose
This has a calming effect and works as well as any rhodiola, but there's no way to measure an accurate dose. The dropper has no markings, and who knows what a "full squeeze" should look like. As a result I think I'm taking more than desired and wouldn't purchase again.
