Recently had a major accident and broke my tibia and fibula above the ankle.Soaking in a hot bath with this has become a nightly routine… helps with pain, and stiffness.Also helps to dramatically to relax my entire body and get good sleep, while minimizing and even eliminating using pain meds.

Pros: The bath flakes seem of good quality. I like that the product ingredients are very simple overall and the origin is clear. There is a fair amount in the bag. I really like how you rip to open the product so you know if it has been tampered with (mine wasn't).Cons: I would like to know more about how the vitamin C helps with the magnesium and where the vitamin C has been sourced from (especially since the magnesium aspect is so clear).I hope this review helps you!

Fast shipping, just what I was looking for.

In my opinion, not worth the money. I have been taking salt baths for years. I've tried several brands including Amazon's Solomo brand. I have purchased Walmart brand also. I still however, always go back to my Dr. Teals. I love the different combinations and I can tell that I've taken a salt bath when finished.I normally use a little bubble bath in my water but wanted to try these flaked by themselves. I also waited for the last few minutes to use my bodywash. No noticeable difference in my opinion.Also, it says effects last up to 2 or 3 days. Hmm? I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hips and knees. My pain varies from day to day or sometimes within a day. So, you have to account for that my pain may be too severe for these flakes. They may work fine for you if you have little to no pain.But, the Dr. Teals work GREAT!!! Never disappoints and when I'm done, even including bubble bath and body wash, my body feels like I just soaked it in bath salt for 20 to 30 minutes.

I need to take frequent magnesium baths. Sometimes I like to try new versions of the flakes.HOW THESE COMEThis comes in a bag. It is resealable.HOW I USE THESEI use these by using one or two cups at the most in my bath mixed with dead sea salt.DO THEY HELP?I find that these are very nice and help me relax and eases the pain that I need from magnesium baths.SCENTThere is not any added scent to these which I appreciate. That way I can use my own essential oils when I want to have scent.AMOUNTThis is a pretty small bag if you plan to use 4 cups each bath.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a nice version of magnesium flakes.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. Although this is a pretty small amount of flakes in a bag for many baths, it is nice to have for a change. I tend to prefer larger bags at bulk prices for every day use. This is a nice change though.

Love to add this to my bath at the end of the day.Flakes dissolve easily with no residue left in the tub.No real discernable scent so it's perfect for those who have scent sensitivities.Would recommend
