It's good as a supplemental resource, but the learning powerhouse is in actually reading news sources like Al Jazeera, Al Roya, BBC Arabic, etc.

ممتاز
This book is a great reference guide for those looking to expand their professional vocabulary. It's concise and is organized in an effective, easy to find matter. The pages are glossy and of high quality. It can be a little too specific for beginners, such as different internal organs that most likely wouldn't come up in a conversation, but you never know. This book is great for more advanced speakers, in addition to beginners. It's small enough to carry around although looking things up on a smartphone might be easier. I like to use it while studying as I associate the picture with the word a lot better than using a smartphone or dictionary. Anyway, for the price, this was a good investment for myself.

Great resource for understanding Arabic news
Deceptively small, this book offers a wide range of subject-based vocabulary, including the Arabic phrase names for common organizations. A great resource for those seeking more than survival-level language ability.

Mistakes
I did not like this book, there are much better books out there that offer a lot more terms, and I found some of the term translations were not accurate. The book is super tiny and flimsy. I will return it because I found others that are much better.

A fine little book
A carefully selected list of terminology in current communications use, it recreates the media jargon of mass media.A fine little book!

Three Stars
This book is useful as a reference but maybe a sentence to show some context would really improve it.
