I love this stuff. Mosquitos and all the other biting bugs have been REAL bad this year. 1 of these 3x a day for a day or two takes that itch away...otherwise I itch for weeks! Been a life saver. Haven't really used it for bruising (although I don't know why I haven't). Taste great, too...just let them dissolve in your mouth.
