A brilliant solution where hot water needed in confined space
REally great, tiny, product which delivers hot water for handwashing. I was sceptical at first, but all fears were washed away as soon as I connected and fired it up. Superb.

Unable to use product - make sure you have the right type of tap before purchasing.
I purchased this product and asked a plumber to fit it for me. My plumber said that the unit can only be used with a pressurized tab not a standard tap. I emailed Stiebel Eltron who confirmed that this was the case. Unfortunately it took me such a long time to get a plumber to come around that I can no longer return the product to Amazon so I have wasted my money. Very annoyed as I cannot see any mention of the need for a pressurized tap anywhere in the product description.

It worked for 2 minutes and warmed a cupful of water, then nothing.
