BEV145SRE 178 Can Capacity Beverage Cooler

So i'll start by saying I am writing this review almost 3 years after I purchased. We've loved this fridge. It keeps our drinks VERY cold, it fits perfectly under teh counter. It looks great. Almost 3 years after owning it stopped cooling. That was a sad day to be honest. All my beer and other beverages warm.Well, I emailed Smith and Hanks. Jason Hanks himself answered my email and after asking a few questions, decided to replace the entire fridge. THIS is the way companies used to operate long ago. They took care of their customers FIRST and PROFITS second and in return, profits SOARED because they're customers were happy. Jason did this even though this is beyond what is written in their actual warranty.I am writing this today as some way to say thanks and hopefully it will give them one more sale from someone else. I am blown away by their customer service, and you can be 100% sure that in my next house, I will have a Smith and Hanks wine and beverage fridge. You can also be sure that when a topic of one of these fridges is brought up, I will always tell them to buy this brand.The funny part is, I actually purchased this brand from reviews like this 2.5 years ago.

Simple setup - attached the handle, plugged it in, and within just a few short hours it was down to its minimum temp (36 F). Although I've only now had it for a few days, It does the job wonderfully, looks nice in my cabinet, and by elevating the front adjustable feet a bit more than the back, the door now gently swings shut.The ONLY drawback is the lack of a feature to turn the interior light on when the door opens, and off again when the door is shut. My previous fridge had this, and it was both a nice visual confirmation that the door was closed, as well as a energy saving feature (admittedly minimal for a tiny light).Otherwise, so far so good!

We bought this to augment our limited capacity built-in refrigerator. The new unit was very well packaged so arrived in perfect condition. It is a quality product and is quiet & efficient! It holds all our beverages, & not only frees up our regular refrigerator for food, but also clears kitchen traffic jams, allowing family & guests to grab drinks without impacting meal preparation. The clear glass door displays choices & encourages guests to make themselves at home. We set up the adjustable shelves to hold 2 liter bottles, quarts of juice, & cases of water in the center. Top &bottom slide-out shelves hold cans and small bottles lying flat. My best purchase in a long time!!

After a thorough search I arrived at this fridge. It’s one of few that has a reservable door and allows the user to control the light, which is white, not blue. Bonus. Temperature control is easy. The only annoyance, and it’s a major one, is the shelves. I expected with a bar fridge you could pull open drawers without having a cascade of bottles falling over and out. Nope. The photo shows the way they’re left, because you do need to open the shelf, and there’s no way to keep the bottles and cans from falling without putting them in a carton or case, which defeats the whole idea of window shopping.

I paid the very high price because it was the perfect size I needed to go into an existing cabinet on my counter top, otherwise I would have got something more economical. The layout of the shelves and ability to slide in and out leave quite a bit to be desired, I am still disappointed in the shelf layout.However it is a quality machine, operates very well, looks great and is silent.

This product arrived in good condition from the manufacturer. We received it in under a week after purchase. If you are looking for a fridge to hold beer bottles or bottled drinks under a counter. This is it. Keeps everything cold. Has nice pull out racks for stocking the shelves. It’s also reasonably quiet. I highly recommend this fridge for refrigerating glass bottled drinks in an upright position. This fridge is part of our wet bar remodel. The nice part about this fridge is the size... we have more space in the kitchen refrigerator now. This bottle fridge holds all of our bottled drinks.

This is beautiful and a wonderful addition to my bar. I was missing a part, contacted the company and had an immediate response (on a weekend). They expedited the part and I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend this fridge and this company.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Very pleased with the beverage center given the price point. Adjustable shelves and ability to change the door opening easily are a plus. Highly recommend the product.
