Inexpensive and does the job
I used as an adapter for my old 3” round electrical box to 4” round electrical fixtures. You might have to cut to shorten some screws to clear the base, but it does the job!

i purchased different ceiling led lights. and each has different mounting plates.... and the last ones i bough . had smaller mounts than usual.. i was not able to mount both screws because the plastic mount was to small to reach the other screw hole... so i purchased this plate. and it worked perfect for mount the hardware the lights gave me to my old ceiling box.. also included some screws and wire caps.. great value. simple to install..

It worked well for being able to adjust the position of a fixture on a round junction box. The included screws were the right fit. Seems like a good deal.
