Comfortable, easy to assemble and a great price ! It has great lumbar support!

This chair is very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but at 5 feet 9 I think it is a little tall for me. I am keeping it but would recommend that your height is at least 6 feet for this chair.

Easy to ensemble, very comfortable and worked out perfectly in my office.

After a year the seat will slip all the way down to the lowest level. Product support doesn't have this as an option. I weigh 170 pounds at most, my grand kids weigh less than 40 pounds. I've removed 2 stars because of the issue not being a choice to replace of fix the issue. I picked a chair that claims to handle 300 pounds and very disappointed.

Sturdy seat but the back of the chair isn't. When I lean back, it feels as if I am going to fall. Would not reccomend if you have spine issues. Ikea puts out a better chair for cheaper.
