Quality is bad
Product was not giving enough steam to remove creases from clothes. Outer part was getting heated fast therefor could not hold it .look wise good but performance was badCannot proceed without a star so one star .

No steam in steam iron!and no helpline to talk to Amazon
It’s a steam press for clothes. It doesn’t work. No steam come out.its the very first time I’ve opened and used it. I’ve complained earlier on 18th Feb. but got only feedback on how to start using it. Tried Everything. No steam comes out. Kindly pick up the item and refund the money to my credit card account Rs 1550. THANKS.
