Great knife set for folks that are slicing meats like briskett or pork butt. we purchased a set for our use and another as a gift for our brother in law. Two very satisfied customers. Set is very sharp and cuts just like Bryan Adams song (Cuts like a knife). We hand wash ours to maintain the blade's sharpness, Looks great, good size and heft, the blades are just the right amount of thickness to give confidence trimming and cutting.

These baldes are nice and thin and hold a great edge. I did three whole pork loins and the breakdown knife as well as the boning knife maintained their edges and cut so easily compared to what I was using before. This is a great knife set for the price and I am looking forward to getting a lot of use out of them.

The set came superbly packaged. The balance and handles are great. They are comfortable in the grasp. The blades are polished and SHARP! Great selection for a carving station or cookout function.

Excellent. They are sharp, look good, and cut effortlessly. The longest knife cuts through even the most deliciously cooked brisket.

I was looking for a better knife as we have been cooking alot of brisket lately. I have been impressed with the durability and sharpness of the blades. The boning knife has been through the ringer and for me has the right amount of flex. So far I have only needed to hone the blade to keep its sharpness. I will probably put it on the stone after a few more months to get back to factory sharpness. The slicer is so much easier to use than a chefs knife.

You get what you pay for. These knives are worth the $$. We keep them in sleeves for they’re not to be just laying in the drawer. Husband smokes a lot of meat and these knives are perfect for all his different cuts. They are extremely sharp!!! You may be thinking “duh, their knives” yes, but we bought different brands and was sharpening out of the package. These will easily send you to get stitches if you’re not careful.
