It's quite interesting. Kids will figure out on their own how to arrange the stars and moon. The brightness is a bit low, but I believe that's because this product is designed with children's safety in mind. Excessive use of fluorescent agents is definitely something to be concerned about. This is the only product I’ve found that clearly states it is safe for children. Other similar products on Amazon don’t make this kind of guarantee — not in the product description, nor in the images they provide.

I purchased these glow in the dark stars for our children and after having them lay out individually (spread out) on a piece of poster board in sunlight for 5 hours (bright sunny day), I put them back on the wall in their room and they only glow for a few minutes then go out and won't glow again. BUT if you spread them out on a poster board and paint them with clear glow in the dark paint, let dry in sun and then put them up on the wall they will glow. That is because the paint requires indoor light to glow and they have been glowing at night.

Love these!! Takes a good hour of light exposure to “charge” the stars, but they’re cute, work great and the tacky puddy has stayed on her wall for almost a year now without any of them falling down.

Overall super cute and you get so many! Wish they would be a little brighter but overall..good choice!

I loved these as a kid! It helped create a little bit of light in our son’s room so it wasn’t super dark! It’s so much better than night lights which would keep him up when he would wake up during the night!

The picture shows pink stars blowing in the dark, but they actually glow like yellow. I don’t mind but I thought they would last for a longer time they last maybe the longest 20 to 30 minutes if you have popcorn ceiling, some stay some don’t they fall off, so be careful if you have a crib or small children. they stayed perfect on the door. I think I put a decent amount of stick glue on it but as well I didn’t have enough for all the stars as you can see from the picture. It wasn’t the whole star, but I did put a decent amount on it.

These are identical to the ones I had as a kid. These come with the sticky stuff that adheres pretty well on our popcorn ceiling. They are easy to apply. However, they don't seem to glow as well as the older ones but I could be wrong. I decided to purchase a blacklight to charge them during bedtime and that has helped a ton, however they don't stay charged very long. The stars are 2 different sizes and includes a moon. Definitely visable and durable

I purchased these with the intent of placing them on the ceiling as I would see the stars when I went outside and looked up. I always looked for “the seven sisters” (although you may only see six unless you have a telescope like my husband has) i also like the look for Orion among the two dippers. So my husband removed the “popcorn” from the ceiling so now I can get them up. One of our 4 daughters had some in her room, yet they were all one size and she just stuck them anywhere. I’m soon to be 66 years young and it’s perfect for any age! I like the fact that the stars are different sizes as we’ll use the bigger ones for the brighter stars. Haven’t put them up yet and the tacky stuff will make them easier whoever buys our house next, to remove if they want to, especially since these will be in the master bedroom! 🤣 I’m never too old to still have fun and play! Our grandchildren love it when old people still play with them! Water guns are the best!
