Liked the book. Of course because I bought a previously owned book, they're were some answers to exercises marked in pencil. But overall a very good purchase

The book itself is as expected - good. but where is the CD? If the publisher is claims that the book comes with a CD and doesn't then that doesn't then we have a problem. At least the seller should add this information when on display here.
