TV has a great picture quality. Has a nice assortment of pre-loaded apps that you can add to or delete as you prefer. Sound is good too.My only complaint would be in the set-up/operator manual if you want to call it that. Very poor instructions on what cables you need and which connections on TV to use. I am sure it is no problem for someone who is electronically savvy, which I am not. I went to u-tube and saw a video but even that did not cover cables or connections. The fact that you did not get a real hard copy of install instructions I think is a mark against Sony. Of course it did say you could buy a hard copy of instructions if you wanted to, which I did not as I feel it should have been included with TV.
