Dimensions Stamped Cross Stitch 'Baby Express' DIY Baby Quilt, 34" x 43"

I started on one end of this quilt without inspecting quilt thoroughly! When I moved the embroidery hoop I realized that large areas did not have the printed "x" stitches. As a result I have spent a great deal of time with a pencil & ruler drawing the "x"s. Also, DO NOT purchase a quilt that is not square on the quilt. This design arcs across the quilt!! The "x"s remain going up and down - BUT the design does not - so the stitches look haphazard and sloppy. (I have ripped out much of this quilt and re-positioned the "x"s.) So much work and still not happy with quilt!! This is for a baby due in a couple of weeks. Oh well, hope parents have a sense of humor.

Easy to read directions. Thread on color matched charts already. Affordable.

I do not like the thread I’m this kit. Most of my kits comes with whole skeins of thread. This comes on cards. I always am always wounded about running out of thread. I have run out of thread before. Is there a way I can get the DMC number if the thread if I run out of thread. That is the only thing I do not like about the kit. Please let me know. Thanks

Wonderful design and vibrant colored thread comes with it, I haven't started this one yet because I'm finishing up with the one I'm still working on. I highly recommend this item

So all in all I like it- it’s gonna work. I’m missing the bright blue for the wheels but I have some extra yarn about to use. Did include the needle and the yarn wasn’t tangled or hard to separate. The bag was open though. Also I don’t see instructions as to where to put the colors so it’s been a bit of a struggle. Another weird thing the xs are like at an angle at some points which seems strange. I would also like to note the paper I did have states that your corners should touch but not overlap like traditional as I had seen previous reviews about it being weird.Overall though the quilt is nicely made and all the things that should be stamped are so I’ll take it.

Although the item is beautiful, the packaging of the threads is terrible; the threads became all entangled, making it very hard to separate them; the directions leave much to be desired. Please know that I am an experienced embroiderer, have made table cloths, wall hangings, etc. etc, Perhaps the manufacturer could put each color thread in a small sandwich bag.

after starting this one. I discovered it was incase with bed bugs. how does something like this get bed bugs from a manufacturer company. this is however the first one ever from this company's that has bed bugs still be careful when ordering from them
