Great product for a great low price
I absolutely love this Bio filter. There are lots of great reviews already so I won't point out the obvious. It's super easy to clean!!!! I had bio balls already so I didn't care that they weren't included. Super easy to set up and clean. GREAT waterfall sound and water movement. Excellent price and fast shipping. I'm worried about running this one through the winter as it is thin walled plastic and it doesn't recommend that you do if you have hard feeezes.

Great filter, needs silicone to keep from leaking
The media could not be loaded. This pond filter and waterfall is a great buy. Properly positioned it looks awesome…make sure you have it completely level so the water falls evenly across the spillway. Here’s a couple of tips. The plastic adapter that it comes with which screws into the bulkhead is for attaching 3 sizes of pond type tubing but I wanted to attach a garden hose. To do that you need a 1”NPT to 3/4”GHT adapter. Here is the Amazon link to the adapter. PVC Garden Hose Adapter (1" NPT x...This replaces the black hose adapter pipe, but you will still be using the screw on ‘bolt’ and washer. The hole in the bulkhead is 1”.I just saved you at least an hour of searching! Two things you will have to do.#1: on the 1 inch threaded side you must cut off the quarter inch of flat plastic at the end of the threads. Otherwise the black screw on bolt will not thread all the way down tight to the filter body, which it must.#2: buy a small tube of silicone sealant as the connection at the bulkhead is not very good even when tightened down. Tighten down firmly but carefully (don’t forget the washer) as they are just plastic parts and you don’t want to break anything. Then thoroughly coat the garden hose side of the adapter (outside the filter) where it presses against the washer and the filter unit. I mean slather it on and let dry thoroughly. That way when you start pumping water through, there will be no leaks.Enjoy!

perfect waterfall filter for small ponds
Exactly what I wanted. Perfect for a small pond. I have a 2500 GPH pump running this and it works great.

An ok waterfall
Bought this to replace a waterfall that was leaking. Was a little worried about this one just didn't seem to have a big enough spillway. But puts out decent water with a 2600 gpm pump. Did have an issue with a leak at the fitting located at the bottom of the tank but after tightening it and making sure the o-ring was clean hasn't leaked since.

Perfect for my turtle pond
Product is exactly what I needed for stronger filtration in my turtle stock tank. I'm using it with a 1700 gph pump i purchased on amazon at the same time I believe I spent around $70. I had a little bit of an issue securing the hose to the back of the waterfall without there being a small leak. Ended up having to use two hose clamps instead of one. I don't really fault the waterfall for that though. It is way easier to clean than my intake filter I was currently using. Water is crystal clear now. If I were to give it a negative for anything it would just be the price at the end of the day. It's basically just a big plastic bucket for over $70

Easy install
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install. Not water hose and bio ball included. Need to buy by yourself. I order 1 inch soft plastic hose as you see in the video. Plastic bio ball for pond. Put the UV light inside the filter area. Use few hours a day only. I temporarily use it indoor. Originally, I put it in my outdoor pond. But my outdoor pond not yet settled. So use it as indoor waterfall still good too. The pump I just use a very simple submarine fountain pump.

Adding a plant
Love it. Got some nice slate to hide it. Anyone have luck putting a plant in the basin? Curious if I can and if I should remove filter first?

Works great (I guess) if you buy Aquascape tubing
The media could not be loaded. We already had Smartpond tubing before we purchased the Aquascape waterfall and it works great except for the leak where the hose connects to the multi-fit end. It’s supposed to work with 1” hose but neither the Smartpond or Total Pond hose fits well enough to prevent a leak. Customer support suggested I buy Aquascape tubing because it “fits better” It’s $90 for a 25 foot tube. 3x as expensive.
