Doll is a lovely item but arrived damaged.
The item was lovely but the outside box was badly dented and damaged, likely due to inadequate packaging. The item arrived just in an amazon envelope - there wasn't any additional protective materials/bubble wrap used to survive the postal service! Needing to return as unable to give it as a gift.
