I ran out of labels that came with my P21 printer so I had to order new. When I got the box containing these replacement labels and two other unrelated items, the little box containing these rolls was completely saturated in some kind of oil. The other two unrelated items in the shopping box were completely fine. The oily substance was coming from inside the box of labels. I initially tried to use the oil saturated labels since they say they’re oil resistant. That was a mistake. Even though I wiped off as much oil as I could, the oil still got inside the label maker. Dies to the oil, the label maker was unable to print properly as it couldn’t feed the paper through. After a few failed attempts I took the oily roll out asks will press all the oil out of the printer. The labels actually began coming off the roll without any help.So I contacted customer support and they wanted pictures and information. No big deal, only makes sense. They apologized and sent me a new box of labels. Great customer service. They were quick to resolve the issue all the while being friendly. I’m not trying to say my oily rolls were a massive big deal. Accidents happen machines malfunction whatever the case may be. Do I think this will happen to anyone else? No, and if it does their labels came from the same place mine did. I am confident in the customer service to right the situation if it happens to anyone else.These rolls of labels are actually pretty cool. There is a little smart chip on the side of the roll that helps the printer identify what size and type of labels you’re putting in your printer. That’s awesome! No guessing or trying to remember the paper size. I actually just ordered another Nelko printer (PM220) and some labels to go with that printer. I love their labels have those smart chips on the rolls. The circular green stickers in my photo are the smart chips.I am very pleased with my Nelko products, I will be glad to order more label refills with confidence in the quality and customer service.

It ’s easy to replace the labels just open the top of the printer and dropping in the little roll. Can’t get much easier than that. I’m happy with the quality of the labels and the print.. I also like the fact that I can change the color and the size of the labels.

Great little label maker. Works well software is easy to use. Seems fairly priced. Prints pretty fast. The label material is readily available and cheap also. I cant say enough about it as far as what I like about it.The only complaint I have is the charging cord length is horribly short. I'm guessing it might be 8" long. So when I plug it into my laptop on my small desk I cant put it anywhere but on my laptop. This is also a issue for trying to charge it in my truck. It doesn't reach from the dash to the console. Its too short to even reach the floor. so I cant even charge it in my truck.I love the product but had to remove a star for the very short charging cable.
