great product wasteful bottle
The product itself is great it’s my go to pigment but the delivery system is terrible … squirts everywhere & a lot is wasted inside bottle & nozzle issues

If you want extra light results
This product is costing me money! Clients are coming back complaining that there is almost no retention! I have been doing brows for over 5 years. Would love a refund honestly. Used the color i ordered here. Top picture is the healed result!!! Not good.

Verrry warm! Like almost red head warm
I got this product because I needed another blonde to replace “ Permablend Blonde 2 “ that has been discontinued for some reason. This pigment seems like a quality pigment but it is definitely more for redheads / strawberry blonde. So far I would recommend this pigment line but I will definitely be trying out some other colors to be able to give a better review later

Weird bottle design
Personally I hate how this bottle is designed. You have to push down the lid to dispense the pigment and for me I'm pushing the lid down multiple times with little product dispensed. I personally prefer the bottles that you turn upside down to dispense the pigment. The pigment itself is good just a little watery.

Tubes are very difficult to get the ink out after several uses. Not a fan of how the color heals.
