really really cool!
My daughter absolutely adores this swing! It has become a daily ritual for her, and she revels in the joy of swinging. The only downside is that she's so enamored with it that convincing her to go to bed on time has become a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, I'm quite adept at DIY projects, and our ceiling, which is not just drywall but actual wood under beams, allowed me the flexibility to hang it almost anywhere. For those with sheetrock ceilings in most houses, it's essential to ensure a secure attachment to a ceiling joist. You might even need to install a 2x4 across two ceiling joists to achieve the desired placement. Despite my daughter's enthusiastic and energetic swinging and twisting, the swing has proven to be incredibly robust, thanks to its sturdy construction and high-quality materials. Overall, it's a fantastic product that has brought immense joy to our household!

Sensory seeker approved
Set up was super easy and my kids absolutely love this. My little sensory seeker enjoys swinging or just using as a hammock. Hands down would recommend this to anyone.

Amazing for stimming
This helps my kiddo find moments of calm when feeling overwhelmed. Not too difficult to install, and has held up well the last year during their acrobatic moments

Not for drywall ceilings
Two important caveats: First, this is not intended to be mounted on drywall ceilings/ceilings with joists. It is intended for solid concrete or solid wood ceilings, and I dunno about y'all, but I don't remember the last time I saw either of those outside of a commercial building. The mounting plate is circular and about 4" wide; at best, you're getting two of the four holes mounted to a beam. I think you're better off buying a separate mounting plate (maybe like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Besthouse-Permanent-Antirust-Stainless-Accessories/dp/B07CVWWQL6/) that's shaped/intended to be used with a ceiling joist. A swing swivel might also be fun: https://www.amazon.com/Digtichnny-Rotational-Spinner-Childrens-Black-Gold/dp/B07DFCVWTG, although I can also see kids having fun twisting themselves up and letting the twisted fabric spin them back around. Or you could just look for a different swing that maybe has different/more appropriate mounting hardware, since the separate mounting hook costs almost as much as this swing. Second, the fabric on this swing is not stretchy. I'm not sure why I thought it would be, and after watching my kid play with it, I'm glad it isn't, but just don't go into this expecting spandex. You are also just getting a big sheet of fabric. It isn't a loop and the back isn't sewn up or anything. You make 2 loops in the fabric when you install it, both the top loop to hang it and the main loop you swing from.Anyway, besides those two things, I think this is a good swing. The fabric feels a little cheap, but whatever, it's plenty to hold my kid, it was easy to set up (we installed it on a pull-up bar), and we've had a lot of fun with it.

not for most adults
It was too small even for my 5' 4" partner to comfortably use. Also confusing how to attach the strap. Decent hardware otherwise. Nice material feel.

One of the best purchases we could have made
Had this about a year now, holding up with no signs of wear despite nearly daily use by child with autism. It is used indoors, and it would likely show much more wear if exposed to outdoor elements. Laundered 1x, gentle cycle in a lingerie bag, cold water and air dried, no changes to fabric.

Don't do it. Not worth the cheap fabric to hang from.
Cheap cloth and had to return it.
