So easy to use, we bought this to pierce our 6 yr old daughter's ears. One of us on each side to make it a quick process for her. They are pretty quiet not a loud plastic clacking sound like how they used to be. She barely cried. Make sure you press hard though or the back won't snap on the earrings and you'll have to start over. It's cheap but not cheap quality. Great for a DIY ear piercing instead of having to take her somewhere because hardly anywhere pierces ears anymore.

Pierced my girls’ ears after their holes closed up. It didn’t get infected and healed quickly. It was very easy to pierce. We numbed their lobes with ice first and they said that it didn’t even hurt. It was so quick and easy!

My 7 year old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I didn't want to pay $60+ to have them done in the store cause, well, that just seem ridiculous. I'm also very picky, so i trusted myself to more than a Claire's girl to get them even and in the right spot. My daughter loved the idea of having me do it at home, so it was a win win! I got the kit on Prime day for $7, score! We did one ear at a time and she did great! I was worried after the first one she would be scared to do the second, but she wasn't. She did say it hurt for a bit, but only right when it went thru and for like 15 seconds afterwards... but then when it was done she was so excited she didn't care!! These are not spring loaded, so when you push it, make sure you just push it quick and complete and don't hesitate once you start! I do suggest having a toothpick ready because with one of them the back wouldn't come out of the gun, but with a small nudge with a toothpick it came right out. She has had them in for almost 3 months now and not one issue!

This was great! they are comfortable but after wearing them for six weeks straight I was ready to take them out. I have used these to pierce all three of my piercings on each side. This is probably the best deal I could find on at home piercings. For the size it did feel a little tight at times especially in the thicker parts of my ear, like my thirds. (all my piercings are on my lobe, I will upload a picture) When we did pierce my third the back of the earring did not go on when we pierced it, but it was easy to put back on. These earring have never fallen off for me; the way you know they are on is you will hear a little click and it will be on. Overall, I do recommend, but it is a little scary but it does not hurt very bad I would rate it like a 1/10 for the 1st and 2nds, and a 3/10 for the 3rds due to the placement on my ear. If you are thinking about buying this I would say definitely buy it, but make sure you want the piercing you are getting before you make it permanent!The earring in the picture are all from amazon, but the thirds are these ones!

I was a little afraid to use this product but it went very smoothly. Was quick & painless. Great quality and simple to use. If I needed another piercing I would definitely purchase again.

I have purchased the pink set two times and had success with each set! They worked great for the lobe piercings. Simple, easy, smooth, and efficient. I like how the studs are small for younger children and that the backs cover the sharp end of the stud portion. I highly recommend!

This product didn't come with any sort of directions on how to safely use it. It only had after care instructions. We didn't know how hard to squeeze the device or anything. I was actually re-piercing a third earlobe hole that had closed many years ago. I was able to get an earring about 2/3 through, but couldn't get completely through. My daughter helped, and it didn't really hurt on either ear, but the back of the earring didn't attach to the post. I had to dig it out of the device to put it on both earrings, even after we squoze tighter the second time. The device also got stuck on my now pierced ear. It was hanging off my ear, so that was fun. Anyway, all was good, but after two days I noticed that the front of my earring was being pulled into the hole. I decided to take the post out. I found an old piercing stud and compared the lengths. This post is shorter than my older piercing stud, so I switched them out. This post will probably be fine for a cartilage piercing, but for earlobes, it's too short.
