I didn’t expect to love this TENS unit as much as I do, but it’s honestly been a game changer. I got it to help with some muscle pain in my back and shoulders, and it’s been way more effective than I thought.What I really like is that it has a bunch of different massage modes—some feel like tapping, others like kneading or acupuncture. I can switch it up depending on what I need that day. It’s super customizable, which is great.The unit is rechargeable (thankfully, no messing with batteries), and it holds a charge for quite a while. I’ve used it several times on a single charge without needing to plug it in again.Also, it comes with 12 replacement electrode pads, which is more than I expected. They stick well and can be used on different parts of the body at the same time. I’ve tried it on my lower back, neck, and even calves after workouts, and it always helps.It’s really easy to use, too. I’m not very techy, but figuring out the settings and intensity levels was simple.If you’re dealing with pain, tight muscles, or just want a solid at-home massage tool, this is totally worth it. I wish I bought it sooner.

Ok so I had never used a tens unit before but have been having back issues that just wouldn't go away. I got this and have not looked back!! This unit is easy to use. Has multiple settings. Its small but powerful. The price was worth every penny since I saved money by not going to the doctor for these aches. I live this and I use it a few times a week!! Its light, portable ( I can bring it to work! ), and best of all I no longer hurt all the time.

The sticky diodes don't stick more then a couple times

I had no trouble putting it together; the box came with a full twelve electrode pads, and the directions were easy to understand, so I was able to get started without any misunderstanding. It is my opinion that the dual-channel capability is very helpful since it enables me to concurrently target two separate locations, such as my shoulders and my lower back. I am able to tailor each session to my particular requirements on any given day thanks to the massage and muscle stimulation alternatives that are available to me. For instance, I utilize the Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode to assist in the rehabilitation of my muscles after a strenuous exercise. On days when I am experiencing general pain, the massage mode offers me comfortable respite. My ability to fine-tune the experience to what is comfortable for me is made possible by the fact that the intensity levels are extremely customizable. On the other hand, I have had negative experiences in the past with devices that are comparable to this one, where the battery life was disappointing. However, the fact that this device can be recharged came as a great surprise to me. It has a good capacity for holding a charge, and it can be used for a number of sessions before it has to be recharged. This is not only handy, but it also saves me money since I don't have to continually purchase batteries.

The Tens unit works great but the patches they provide are of poor quality. I assume so you will buy more from them which will not happen. Their customer service is great as they replied immediately to my complaint on the patches and said they would send me another pack. That will give me 6 more uses till time to buy a good quality patch.

I used to have one, but this is definitely an upgrade! The battery life will last all day, it’s just like having a massage. Great value and quality. The functions are very helpful due to the variety. I love to wear it a couple of times a day helps relieve my lower back and upper neck issues.

I have had 5 different Tens devices. This unit is rechargeable, has a backlit screen, and allows for custom settings which is all I use. I do not like any preset programs. I find then uncomfortable. The only downside is the buttons aren’t super intuitive meaning you will need to like read the directions for the special button press to get into custom settings. But one you are there you can tune it to your liking. It has a lot of features for the price. If you use a tens device a lot the only step up is A customizable wireless unit which another can of worms. I have tried the most purchased units on Amazon for the 29 - 69 dollar price range. They do not do what this one does.
