Update: the company reached out to me, took time to hear my concerns about the berry flavor. Still unsure if they will change it back to the original one. However they refunded the cost of the new formula and sent me a cherry one that does have stevia in it so I’m guessing it’s probably really good like the berry formula that had stevia. I look forward to trying it and am hopeful that though I don’t enjoy the berry one anymore, that cherry will do just fine. To the company: Thank you for hearing my concerns and for being compassionate to a long time subscriber of this wonderful sleep aid. My family never goes a night without it. Anyone saying it’s not effective- I don’t know how they could even say that. As a very analytical person who used to struggle for hours to fall and stay asleep, I’ve slept like a baby since this came into my life. I remember my dreams more. I stay asleep. And I wake up feeling well rested. Truly very grateful for the product. Also thankful one of them still has the stevia which does make the product taste so much better than the monk fruit!WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE BERRY ONE?! It WAS PERFECT! Now it’s horrible! WHY WOULD YOU EVER CHANGE SOMETHING THAT DIDN’T NEED TO BE CHANGED?! It’s so nasty now I literally thought a fraud company shipped it to me. FIX IT!

Love this. We call it our nightly "pink drink" and I only stir it into about 2oz water. Great sleep, great gut health and very easy to take....I used to take a huge liquid geltab and I am so happy for this little "shot" at bedtime!

I've never left an Amazon review before, but I had to for this specific product. This was supposed to be a "subscribe and save" item but this is NOT the same product I subscribed to/ordered in the past. It is a different size, and it has silicon dioxide added to prevent clumping - the product I've had before did not have any other ingredients and never clumped. This product clumps immediately once it hits water and even my milk frother cannot break up all the clumps. It has a stronger flavor than before, even though it is supposed to be unflavored. Worst yet, I am now starting to get more muscle twitches and calf cramps, even though I'm taking this nightly. I loved this product previously, which is why I subscribed, but this is NOT the same.

I have terrible insomnia and a pharmacist introduced me to it. I have been using this product for several years and its fantastic! I mix the unflavored type with a liter and drink it thru the evening. It does have a nice calming effect with it. It has been worth the price for me. I cannot taste the unflavored type however, when I mixed the flavored with a liter, it didnt taste well and I had to take it back. If you have problems sleeping, its worth the try!

I thought the flavored ones were too sweet until I tried this one. It’s flavorless and odor free, but gritty and joyless. Still does the job— calms my restless legs and mind before bed. No sweetener is good; dissolves well in water, almost don’t need a spoon.

This stuff really works!~. It helps me to relax and sleep through the night.

It doesn’t make me tired or feel anything really, but I am a unique person because magnesium never helps me relax. Though it doesn’t help with sleep at ALL, it still is part of my self care ritual where I will make a glass of it around 6pm and sip on it throughout the evening. I do notice a gentle calmness. Nothing too noticeable but I just feel a LITTLE more able to sit down instead of being go-go-go all night. It’s just slightly easier to let go for the day. The taste is awesome. Not ecstatic about the ingredients tho. And it just is like a little treat and sets a good little vibe for my night.

I should have read the reviews, but I didn't expect the formula would change so much since my last shipment. It doesn't even dissolve in water the same. Not only has the taste changed (very weak, no tang), the new scoop is about twice the size, while the potency is still listed per scoop. Therefore, they basically doubled the price. Together with the taste change, it's no longer worth it. I will be cancelling my subscription and looking for alternatives.
