First off, I want to say thank you to the company for the special pieces they added in the box for us! I am super excited to start to put this together! It’s an anniversary gift for us and I’m throughly impressed with the quality of the pieces! The picture turned out good so far from what I can tell! For the price it’s definitely worth the buy! Will definitely be buying more in the future for my family and friends!

Great quality and the pieces fit together snug. The picture came out exactly how I wanted it.

The pieces are precision cut wood and sturdy. Better quality than I expected for the price. The box is nice too.

I gifted my best friend on her destination wedding. Not bulky to bring home specially when flying. I customized with their engagement picture. Her husband live it so much. The pictures were clear. I don’t know how they did with putting the wood puzzle all together though. If the item were complete or missing some parts. They went home to New York. Will update.

I ordered three:One was missing 3 piecesAnd all of them you had to break them all apart and they weren’t all puzzle pieces they were mostly puzzle pieces and then random letters and hearts which I thought was stupid looking

Our photo puzzle looks great! Very sturdy pieces. Wish I had cropped photo differently so there wasn't such a large region of dark color, but that's my fault. The pieces are well made and easy to handle. The piece shapes are very repetitive, which means your photo needs to have lots of recognizable shapes and color changes or it's going to be VERY hard! I think the manufacturer knows this because the back of the puzzle pieces are printed with letters of the alphabet. If your photo puzzle gets too hard, flip all the pieces over and work the puzzle using the letters. We did that. On a more positive note, the pieces interlock so well I didn't need puzzle glue to frame our worked puzzle.

We were very pleased with the outcome of the puzzle! I disagree with people saying that they missed pieces with the puzzle because we got all of ours! We were afraid to buy it at first, because they’re a lot of reviews about not getting all of there pieces but we took the risk and it’s perfectly fine! I would say it’s a very fun puzzle to do with your family. But it’s very difficult the best way to do it. is put all the puzzle pieces in different sections, but first do the top pieces and if you don’t look at the letters on the back you’re not gonna get it done. but overall, this was a really good product.

Have bought this for a Christmas present , looks great hope my wife's sister love's and finishes it

The puzzle turned up 1 week before it said it would, so with that opened it up and had a strange smell in it. None of the pieces looked like they fitted each other. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

As other have said. It's wood so good quality and sturdy. My issue is that several of the pieces are not cut all the way through and when trying to separate, the bits splinter. Some bits so poorly cut they can't be separated at all. Shame

Bought this puzzle as a Christmas present for a relative. Picture was printed well, but .... all the pieces are the same shape which means some fit where they don't belong. At the end a couple of pieces were missing. Bit embarrassing as it was a gift and now outside of any return window. Will look elsewhere in future.

The jigsaw is not fit for purpose as there is a three piece black margin at each side of the jigsaw, the company told me they would make me another jigsaw but it would be square, which I accepted, but they have not fulfilled their promise, please ask them to fulfill there promise or return my money
