These are a good gluten free option but at the price and overall taste not my favorite. If you're looking for a very breadcrumb texture, then this is among the closest of the breadcrumbs I've found. My issue is that i like to air fry instead of oil fry, and these just don't crisp enough when air frying compared to others I use. That leaves this more like a soft kid's chicken nugget breading.

I used these when making a meatloaf. They work well as a substitute for wheat bread crumbs. There was no difference in the taste of the meatloaf.

They were fine. I probably wouldn't buy them again. Price is too high for what you get and the taste was meh...
