Great alternative
Wasn't sure what to think a first but overall I'm happy with them they're comfortable and have plenty grip. Wouldn't go back to using rope as the pump is so much better.

Excellent cable for tricep work
A great addition to a pull down machine. The ergonomic rubber feel handles are much more comfortable then the usual plastics ball and ropes. Good quality and sure it will last. 100% recommend.
