I use it to sleep, instead of getting a fixed pillow with a neck support. I love it, I think it's soft enough to not be uncomfortable but firm enough to support your neck. If I lay with just this pillow, my head and neck are in the perfect position. I like that the ends of it are slightly more firm because it stops my head from lolling to one side or the other. I do like that it is pretty large, almost as long as a standard pillow and probably 1/3 the width at it's widest point.

Pillow was improperly sewn leaving holes at the seams.

This neck pillow is amazing! It is so soft and adjusts to your neck. Just needs to be fluffed up before every use and you are good to go!

The pillow is not premium. There is not nearly enough fill, especially the middle portion. The neck support is inadequate. The fabric is nice and soft, it seems low quality. Had it been filled firmly enough and was not too thin in the middle section, it would have worked. The pillow was folded in half and shoved into a snug fitting bag. I'm certain that the sharp fold hurts the effectiveness of the pillow. I tried to gently manipulate the filling from the sides towards the middle. It was not possible. Disappointed.
