Good product; for full functionality, do not rub it in!
So very helpful for an athlete and supportive team mate like me! It works quickly and efficiently and helps numb the area for 20-45 mins (depends on skin type). Although, when applying it, you have to be careful not to rub it in. When rubbed in it will ball up and rub off. So when applying it’s useful to put a small amount on and lightly smear it. Not rub in!

Works great for a aching back , plus the large size is well worth( actually way cheaper in the long run ) the money if you have lots back problems like me .
