The product is amazing and worth every penny, BUT! My advice is that you either:1. Leave the cup opened for at least half hour for the hot drink to get a bit colder so it’s drinkable or2. Do not drink the hot drink from the cup for at least 3 hours after you made the drink otherwise you will burn your tongueI guess the above just proofs that it’s high quality product and it does what it says. The same applies for cold drinks which obviously last longer in cold temperature than warm.The hot drink can hold hot hot for around 6 hours and then it’s more chilled but still wouldn’t say cold.One thing to keep in mind that it’s actually leaking even if you don’t fill it fully as the straw and the cover is allowing the liquid to get out. It’s not so bad but it gets out slightly.Visually, it’s big and sometimes heavy to hold and it doesn’t fit to my car cup holder.Overall, I personally recommend this product with conditions for each person preference.

I bought this as a birthday present for my partner as she was after one, but the UK stock sold out within 24 hours of going on sale.The Quencher is excellent quality and performs as advertised (we also have other Stanley products and knew they make quality), however I have one quite significant concern, although not with the actual product.Many people in the UK who purchased this item from Stanley directly on its release reported on social media that their's had arrived damaged. I was wary that this item was being shipped from America, and suspected it may arrive damaged. Fortunately, and this is nothing short of a miracle, it wasn't damaged.The Quencher arrived wrapped loosely in a sheet of paper, packaged in an oversized box. Very inadequate packaging on Amazon's part for an item being shipped to the UK, via Germany, from America. I cannot fault the product, however if you purchase this item from Amazon, please be aware that the packaging is substandard and your item may arrive damaged as it rattles around loosely in a box that is way too big, with no protective padding inside.

Holds lots of water and keeps super cold!!

I mean it’s a water bottle, not worth the money but it keeps my water cold for a while so that’s good

It's a great product, but i've not actually needed to use it for its full purpose. Drinks have been drank too quickly to benefit from the long-term cooling.

This cup is the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. After a long anticipated 3 week wait for delivery it finally arrived. Excited to give it to my partner for her birthday she opened it and was over the moon.The practicality of it I would give a ZERO, it’s far too big to carry around with you, it doesn’t fit in 90% of cup holders and it leaks at every chance it gets and because it’s soo big if you knock it over, you might as well expect to flood your entire house. It doesn’t even try to not leak, the second it’s at a 90 degree angle it go everywhere. There’s no prevention of leakage.The lid is very cheap flimsy plastic. For the price I expected much better quality and we genuinely don’t see much of a difference in keeping your drinks hotter/colder than a £5 flask from home bargains. So save yourself £45 nd don’t buy this cr*p.
