Be sure to use as directed.
My first try at using this clarifier ended up more difficult than expected. I heeded the warnings about making sure the fermentation was done, I thought. After secondary fermentation of 2 weeks, I used the gelatin finings as directed, then the next day I noticed it appeared that there was still some fermentation going on - pressure building in the air lock. I let the batch sit for another week and monitored the pressure - still some there, but no "bubbles" escaping. Today I primed and bottle the ale. Final gravity was 1.004. While bottling I could tell the ale was definitely clearer (not crystl clear, though). Hoping no adverse side affects have occured. I am satisfied with the results of the product and will continue to use it. Would have given 5th star but waiting for tasting...
