So Far So Good
The included 1" T-bolts were too short for the tracks on my Pelican Sentinel Angler so the manufacturer immediately sent me out a 6-pack of replacement T-bolts free of charge. They also touched base later to ensure I received them and that they suited my needs. That's quality customer service and product support.The product itself also seems solid. I had no issues stowing my paddle repeatedly throughout my afternoon float and never once worried about loss from failure. I like that the grippy wheels are designed to rotate and prevent surface damage to my Pelican Symbiosa paddle, and the bungee loops for further security are a nice touch. Happily recommend!
