They stick very nicely and I have no problems with rashes like others. One thing I will say is they do tend to hurt whatever body part I put them on. Say if I put them on my arm, that arm will hurt like a sharp pain if pressure is applied. They do tend to wear off throughout half of the day. Other than that their decent quality and a nice size.

I have been using the patches from this listing for about 1 yearIn my most recent order, they were a completely different product, despite having the same branding and claiming the same nicotine content.This new product has completely different packaging (no longer individually-wrapped) and seems to not work at all.They are also opaque and solid, whereas they used to be translucent with a perforation cutting the long-side in half.I'm not sure if they're expired or what, but I don't feel ANY nicotine from this product at all.I even took an entire 7-day break from all nicotine products, and then put on TWO 21mg patches in a single day and felt nothing.I still have some of the old individually-wrapped ones left, and with those I can feel the "punch" of nicotine within 60min even from just a quarter of a patch (5.25mg). But now somehow "42mg" of this new product feels like nothing.

These aren't as good as the name brand ones but they do the trick on tough days. The size is a little larger but they can be cut in half. Good value and durable, don't come off until you take it off.

I don't know if these would work to truly quit smoking, but to help me not smoke while at the hospital (I'm not the patient) it works OK.
