Inexpensive and effective way to stop smoking

I did not use these to quit smoking, but I used it for some long-term effects from covid that had changed my sense of smell that I have been dealing with for a couple of years now. Hello, I purchased the patch 14 days ago and I have not smoked a cigarette in that time frame. I was a pack a day smoker Menthol Blues or Milds I would purchase between 2 and four packs at a time I didn’t think I could ever stop smoking. Then one day I decided to price nicotine patches at the pharmacy and wow they were expensive like $50 or so dollars a box I couldn’t see myself paying that much for a product I had never tried before. So I decided to see what Amazon had and I was shocked to find Nicotine Patches way less than half the price at the pharmacy so I ordered them and I’m so grateful to Amazon for selling a cheaper product to help people quit smoking. So if your thinking about quitting my advice would be to make sure that you are ready because it’s not easy but if your mind is made up then buy some Nicotine Patches, Toothpicks candy, and gum and just go for it.

NO NICOTINE? These have no effect on my craving and no where in the product page does it say that these contain nicotine. Other more expensive patches that I've used will irritate my skin a little. It's the nicotine that irritates the skin and requires putting the patch in different locations each day. These do not irritate my skin or suppress my cravings.

I do not smoke so these were not purchased for the reason to help me STOP smoking but has helped me with brain fog. Nicotine patches may help alleviate brain fog by enhancing neurotransmitter levels, which can improve cognitive function & clarity. I started out with 7mg and cut then in half for maintenance, I can tell when I'm not using them! game changer. will purchase again.

I have been wearing these now for a week and I feel like they are helping but my main issue is that its so hard. I thought maybe that I missed another layer on top that needs to be removed but nope there was nothing to remove. Second issue it the adhesive used is horrible, like it makes you think is there even anything there??? After having them fall off the first 2 days I then start using a band aid and this seems to do the trick but once these finish if I need to purchase more I'll try a different brand the durability of the item sucks big time!
