I purchased this 3M adhesive remover hoping it would remove sticky residue off of a garage door that I had custom made. When I first had it installed I put a vinyl cover on the bottom of the door because I have a TNR Trap Neuter and Release Cat that stays in my garage over night. I didn’t want him damaging this brand new door. Unfortunately the adhesive cover peeled and left a very sticky residue that turned black over time. I tried so many things to get it off the door. Various adhesive removal sprays alcohol vinegar. I used a scraper; very little or nothing came off. I bought this product and sprayed it on. I waited a couple of minutes and wiped it off with very little effort with a dry rag. I couldn’t believe how easy the residue came off!! I am sorry I didn’t try this stuff sooner. This 3M adhesive remover is now my go to adhesive remover because of ease of use and the end results. I highly recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:3M Products are a true and tried product that has been around for many years. I trust purchasing and using 3M.Quality: I had applied large striped decals which was sun damaged over 3 years and left residue adhesive on my truck. I took it to a Car Detailer and they were going to charge me $300 to remove the adhesive areas! I did my research and found that using this product on my hood and side panels was safe on the paint. Literally took 15 minutes for all the areas to be removed. Unreal. Thank you 3M!

Best stuff ever! It removes so easily all those gluey stickers on all kinds of stuff you buy...from glassware to frying pans! When my contractor installed my new sliding doors, he was amazed at how easy to was to remove the large stickers on it.

Trying to get the adhesive goo off my windshield from an old phone holder was a challenge. I tried everything around the house I could think of and didn't have much luck. This product broke up the gooey mess in just a few minutes. I have also used it around the house for a couple other sticky spots left by adhesives. Also didn't leave an oily residue. Very please with this product as it did what it said it would do.

It worked okay for me, but didn't do all that well with older and stronger adhesive material that was put on the back of an aluminum monitor stand (for cable management).

Do not buy for window tint adhesive!!!! While it works decent enough on the standard adhesives, the glue used for window tint is NOT one of them.

One of the best adhesive removers for car paints. I have tried everything from Go Gone Goo to industrial ones and this one is the very best. Remember to soak the sticker in this liquid in a way that liquid remains on the sticker for around 5-10 minutes. Then use a scraper and remove. Wow
