It works great!
No issues setting it up, great diagnostic and usage information. If you are using on a boiler I also recommend the external temperature sensors on supply/return so you can monitor system efficiency. Also sends push notifications to your phone if there is a system issue, leak, or failure. Great to have and should be included from the factory.

Works once you figure out information missing from instructions
The directions of exactly which port to connect it to on your specific boiler are non existent. Took a lot of searching on the web to figure it out. Once you figure that out it works well. Would be nice to see a little more of the granular data over time so you can chart it out and find inefficiencies, but still worth having.

Simple installation and setup
Works exactly as advertised. Simple connection and setup. Able to shut unit down and program as many recirculation times as needed.

Don't waste your money! I wish I did more research before I bought this. It's pretty useless.

Handy and Easy Install
I don’t know why I hesitated to buy this device. It provides handy info, alerts, and is super easy to install. Remove the cover, route the wire through the bottom grommet, plug it in, add self sticking magnets, and you’re basically done. Just have to enter installer mode on the HW heater to activate it plus connect it to WiFi (many videos on you tube).It provides temp input/output, BTU usage, flow rate, unit capacity, etc. in the app. So far so good!

Don't buy this it doesn't work with most WiFi networks.
This device does not work with most WiFi... the company should not have released it. Do not buy! Tech support has told me they get dozens of calls a week with it not working. They can't do much to help troubleshoot it. The documentation supplied is terrible, so is the mfg support. I have escalated the issue to Navien Corporate and am trying to get their engineering team to respond, which is based in Korea I'm told. I have 30 years working in IT as a network engineer, it won't connect to my home WiFi which is Asus routers, it is not my network config, it is a very poorly implemented product.

Hooked up the device and had it up and running in a few minutes. Everything works as it should.
