I started taking these supplements when I was training for a body builder competition. That was ten years ago. Now, I’m older and my apartment is a four story walk up. When I don’t take these, I definitely feel my knees are weaker and get sore more easily. Plus, they make a great afternoon snack! Keep them in air tight container because over time they will get a little harder.

The bottle was easy to open. The quality and texture of them is pleasant and provides relief.

This works amazingly! My doctor told me to give joint supplements time to ‘build’ in the body before I’d see results. And he was right. When I was near the end of my first bottle the pain in my hand at night started decreasing drastically! I’ve finished the first bottle and I have no to very little cramping and pain in my finger joints at night when it’s the worse and basically none in the day time.The bottle stated 2 gummies twice a day which isn’t a month supply, confusing, but I decided to do that for the first couple of weeks then reduce to 2 gummies a day. That worked great for me I would take two in the morning and two before bed and I did that for about two weeks then just took two a day.I highly recommend this product and will continue to be using this for years to come.Also taste DELICIOUS!! Want to eat the whole bottle in one sitting ! Lol!

I was taking a glucosamine supplement for a few years. I quit taking it, just another pill to have to swallow, and after a couple weeks I started hurting pretty bad. I found these gummies and thought the idea of chewing a piece of candy in place of taking a pill would be worth a try. They do seem to help, after a month I'm not in as much pain and they taste great. A little hard to chew at first, especially with dentures. But I found that if you just let them kinda "melt in your mouth" first, they are quite a bit easier to chew.

I ordered these gummies before and liked them a lot. This time when I received them they were pale and translucent and very rubbery. The ones I received prior to these were dark and firm and had a very pleasant elderberry taste. The formula has obviously changed. And so has the taste. It is terrible. I won’t be ordering any more gummies on line. Since they won’t take them back. I guess I will have to throw then away. And $26 is too much to waste. Yuk!
