I don’t plan to ever stop taking these. All of a sudden at age 41, I started breaking out really bad all over my neck and jawline. Like nasty cystic acne. I was trying everything from my dermatologist that cleared up my face acne on my neck but it was only getting worse. All my research said it was hormonal acne, great… but I couldn’t find much on how to fix it. My dermatologist was ready to start me on Acutane. I did Acutane about 15 years ago and it was brutal. I was dreading going through it again so I just searched “hormonal acne” on Amazon and found this. Figured it was worth a shot. I’m telling you, it was almost immediate. Like within a couple days it had all healed up and haven’t had even one breakout since. I’ll be a customer for life. They also taste really good and the price isn’t bad. Way cheaper and healthier than another round of Acutane!

I don’t often write reviews but felt the need to on this one. I have been on these for about 2 years. I’m 32 have had cystic hormone acne most of my life. I have also had hormone imbalances low progesterone and higher testosterone. It’s stomach issues, mood swings, hit flashes, hair growing in places it shouldn’t and horrible acne.. horrible bloating just all the PMS issues. So after trying to cut some expenses I ran out of this 2 weeks ago and decided I would cut it out. I take tons of other natural supplements for other things like cognitive function, anxiety, and other things. So this here let’s start with the mood swings. I start my period tomorrow and I have felt insane amoubts of up and down, bloated, digestive issues, and horrible acne.. im used to breakout here and there before period but literally highschool all over. lets just say never agsin cutting this one.

I have been struggling with my energy level. My job completely wipes me out and I have been unable to function on my daily tasks everything felt like a chore. For almost a year I have been chronically tired.Days after starting DIM I noticed my energy levels have doubled. Even after work I am able to be productive. I am so thankful for finding these gummies because it is changing my life! I’m premenopausal and I was hoping this could help. I wish I never touched it. I’ve got the worst headache on planet earth, I’ve been light headed all day and it’s causing major swelling to go to my hands and feet! It tastes funky too like a moth ball! I’d get over that part if it actually worked! Please believe these other reviews it’s not worth it!

I've been taking one gummy every evening for about a month now and I can easily see a change in my energy levels. Ive stopped hitting snooze in the morning and find it easier to get out of bed. These have given me to energy to complete more tasks after a long work day. I have been getting some pretty minor headaches in the afternoon but think it's probably due to not drinking enough water.The gummies are yummy as well!

I can’t speak for its efficacy yet because I’ve been taking them for a week. What I can say is that they taste and smell horrible. They arrived nearly melted which makes sense because it’s getting warmer and I live in the south. I’ll go for capsules next time.

I like the flavor and I can say they do help with energy and focus. I’ve only been taken them for a couple weeks and I must say I like them so far. Yes they are sticky in the bottle but that doesn’t bother me . For the money I say they are very good.

Wow! Where has this product been all my older life. Been taking this product for a month and my weight is falling off without trying!!! In addition my moods have balanced out and to be honest I’ve had a I don’t give AF about all the small things that stressed me out. DIM also helps with sleeping. I notice it will relax me so much I’ve started taking it before I take my shower to go to bed and by the time I lay down…. It’s 5,4,3,2,1 and I’m out for the night. Love love love this product!!
