I love the toner. I can see a difference in my hair just after one wash. Very happy with this product

My hair is turning gray and it’s a little bit of a challenge to make it look bright and healthy and this shampoo does the trick. I added the conditioner lighter and it was a good choice because it does add a lot of protection and shine to the hair. If you have dark hair, that is graying this is a great shampoo to use.

I wish I had taken a before and after pic to show how amazing this shampoo/conditioner works! I was amazed how it took the brassiness out of my hair and restored it back to the white/blonde color. I had gone away and the water turned my hair this horrible yellow brassy color. One wash - back to beautiful! Shiny too! I agree with other reviewers that the smell isn't the greatest but not horrific and worth it for what it does to the hair. Just be careful to shampoo evenly - if you miss a spot - you will notice where your hair is a different shade. I only use it once or twice a week - If I used it more I think it would make my hair turn purple too, hence only use it when needed. Much more affordable then the salon brand I was using and more effective.

It is very concentrated. If you hair is porous it will turn purple. Have to experiment with amount of time to leave it on or it can be mixed with your shampoo. It does cut the brassiness.

I had been using the Krstin Ess brand for about a year and had SOOOO many people compliment me on how healthy, bouncy, shiny my hair was. But, last week I tried another brand just to see if there are other brands out there that might also work - HUGE NO! The picture with the little bit of a curl is with Kristin Ess brand and I love it. You might not be able to see a difference in these pics, but the other photo is the other brand. With one use my hair was dried out, no shine, and I feel like it stripped the natural color from my other hair making all of it look "yellow" - not shiny gray. I ordered Krisin Ess right away since it is sold out in the stores everywhere near me. NEVER chancing it again!

I found this shampoo at Marshals in Puerto Rico. Tried to purchase it directly from their website but they said they didn’t ship here. No problem getting shipped here when purchased through Amazon. It’s good but nothing to write mom about.

It was just okay.

I left my hairdressers disappointed because my hair had a brassiness to it. I love a softer shade of blonde.So my granddaughter recommended this and Thank God. It toned it down beautifully.My only issue is that I had to use a lot of conditioner because it was not detangling my hair. But that's OK the end result was so much better than what I started with. Will certainly order again!
