This Was A Game Changer For Me!!!!!!!!!!
This seat massager was a game changer for me. I drove over 600 miles to visit my grandkids and never got stiff or uncomfortable in my seat. The cover sits you up higher in the seat and keeps your back and hips in a proper position. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from back issues or just doesn't want to get stiff on a long drive. I suffer from both issues and was thrilled with this cover. It is comfortable to sit on even when it isn't running as it uses air baffle technology and not solid roller balls.

Didn't work for me
I don't know if I have a defective connector or what, but I can't get the power connection to work. I've tried both the car adapter and the 12V plug adapter for the house. It's a comfortable cushion to sit on and seems well made as far as the construction and stitching goes. Unfortunately I can't speak to the massage or heating aspects since I can't get the power to work.

Doesn't work after a few months
Was great for the first few months when I first got it I would use it everyday. Was nice that you could sit on it Comfortably with it being off. They one day it just stopped working. Tried a new cord but no such luck. What a shame

Better than expected
This was better than expected. I does a great job massaging while driving. I had used others in the past, but were very weak and ineffective. Its a bit expensive, but worth it to compared what is out there.

Makes me want to drive my truck
I've only ever used the shiatsu style massagers with rotating solid "balls". However, these can be a little harsh when bodyweight pushes against them. What's nice about the Laxon is that it uses compressed air to create the movement and therefore, no solid uncomfortable lumps to deal with. However, that technology comes at a monetary cost, so the question is, "is it worth it"?The cover itself is very aesthetically pleasing and in no way looks cheap or budget. Although light, it feels quite robust. In fact it's taking a while to conform to my truck seat, so even though it physically adds around an inch to the seat height, it reduces compression of the car seat, effectively increasing the height by at least 2 inches. Being tall, I've had to lower my seat down as far as it will go so that I'm not sat too high. That said, it seems to be slowly settling in and over time I'm hoping for a lower position. At first, I wasn't convinced that the massaging patterns were particularly relaxing. It felt like I was just being clumsily poked in the the back and lacked the flowing movement of the shiatsu style massagers. I'm still exploring the patterns but so far, I've not found any that really mimics lateral movement across the muscle. The seat massage gets closer in this respect and although I was more concerned with the back massage. the glute manipulation is more relaxing than I'd imagined. I also wish the back massage went further up. It seems to focus largely on the lumbar region and much less on the thoracic region, especially the upper thoracic where I get stiffness in my erector spinae muscles of that area. Again, I'm tall (6'3") with a long body so perhaps that's part of the problem here. The cycling on the massage is either 15 or 15 minutes ON with a 40 minute OFF, rinse and repeat. I don't know it this is to protect the compressor unit or to protect my body? My commute is 40 minutes each way so I only get a single cycle in each leg of the journey. You can manually restart the cycle but not sure if that's bad for the compressor? I should add that the compressor is not too loud and a little music easily drowns out the operation of the pump and valves.Overall, I'm enjoying this massage seat and actually look forward to climbing back in the truck and go driving. Before installing in the truck, I did try it on a chair in the house but this is clearly designed for use in a vehicle. There's no doubt this is an expensive solution but the benefits of using compressed air go at least some way to justifying that cost. If you spend a lot of time in your vehicle, then this cover may be for you.

High Quality and Innovative Product
While there are many massaging seat covers on Amazon, this seems like it’s the only one to use inflating air cushions to massage (instead of the rollers used by other brands). As a result, the seat cover is comfortable both on and off - I highly recommend.
