/ BAGedge Short Bill Cadet Cap, black, One Size

I've reviewed this hat previously as I bought a gray one 8 years ago and it is still with me. I wanted an olive green one, but was disappointed to find that they don't seem to make this hat in that color. So, I bought a black one...Great hat, great fit, size of the top is much better than other cadet hats so that even when expanded at the strap for larger heads, it is not squeezing the daylights out of your head. The bill is perfect. It is truly a short bill which is what I wanted in a cadet hat. Many others have a longer bill. Well if I wanted a longer bill I'd just wear a baseball hat.To the manufacturer...please make the hat in olive/military green....Give me a shout when ya do. LOL ;P

These are the perfect cadet cap. I have several colors, I add a little decoration to the front and they are adorable. Great to throw on with jeans or active wear to cover up a bad hair day or add a fun accessory. I get compliments on these hats every time I wear them, which is often. Baseball caps are not attractive on me but these hats are great and seem a bit dressier to me.

Quality is really good and solid but there is a lot of extra headroom so the hat looks a little funny while on. Wish it was more fitting on the top of head

The description (at the time of writing this review) says "Kids", but as other reviewers have mentioned, the sizing is fine for the average adult (male or female) - it would probably be a bit big for a kid. The hat is unstructured (not mentioned in the description) - so the wearer can pull it down for a close fit if desired.The hat is well made, and the biggest advantages it has over comparable cadet caps are the brass eyelets and buckle. Not only do they look nicer than sewn eyelets and a Velcro strap - they're also more durable. For such a low price, this is a great deal.

I am a short (5 ft. 2 in.) woman. A part-time job in food service requires me to wear a plain black hat with no graphics. Although a hat is provided—a traditional ball cap with a huge bill—I've been looking for a replacement, one with a smaller bill, and perhaps a little more style. I am thrilled with this hat! Love the 100% cotton fabric. Was easy to adjust to fit my head. Because this hat has straight sides with a stitched-on top panel instead of the dome of a ball cap, its cap is roomier than the ball cap so plenty of room for my hair, and vertically not as tall as the ball cap so it doesn't overwhelm my head. The brass details: eyelets, buckle and loop make it look like a more expensive hat. And, there are no raw edges anywhere on this hat, so 5 stars for a great design and workmanship, too. I feel confident it won't come apart when laundered. It perfectly fits the 'bill!'

Exactly what I was looking for! Adjustable strap in the back allows for your preference. Doesn't fall off when I'm driving in my Jeep with my doors off! Survived my Backpacking trip in CO mountains. Stylish, blocks the sun, holds in place. 10/10.

It was not a good fit for me, but quality and price seems to be good.
